Welkom bij Warung ErNiRi
Ik maak bij ons thuis lekkere Indonesische hapjes en maaltijden. Af en toe verkoop ik deze op braderieën of doe ik catering. Ook kun je bij mij thuis lekkere hapjes kopen.
Omdat ik dit er als hobby bij doe, wil ik je wel vragen om minstens twee weken van te voren contact met op te nemen. Zodat ik tijd heb om wat klaar te maken.
Lekkere hapjes
De volgende hapjes kan ik maken. Ik heb er minimale aantallen bij staan. Om twee loempia’s en een rissolles te maken is niet handig 😉
Tahu isi (Gevulde tofu)
Gebakkken tofu met een soort vulling als van een vietnamese loempia, maar dan zonder vlees. (Vegetarisch)

Pangsit
Bolletjes gehakt in klein loempia-velletje. Een portie bestaat uit 6 stukjes.
